This is so great! This is clear, rich, and inviting! I love how you organized it! I'm only wondering about the call (which I thought was the main drive) to invite them to teach regularly with you in the classes with the kids, which isn't clear. How it reads to me (especially with the "we come to you" and "you come to us") sounds like retreats we're inviting them to, not regular work.
