This week is Aikido of Berkeley's Kangeiko, a week to increase your training as much as possible, especially in the early and cold to begin your day and year right. Everyone is invited to participate and increase their training this week, bringing the light of their excellent spirits into the cold and dark morning! This will happen every morning this week at 6 AM, but every other class will also have more folks in it than usual. How about you?

Please note, in particular, that the Wednesday morning class will also begin at 6 AM, instead of the usual 7. Brandon Sensei will teach the final Kangeiko classes at the usual Saturday Morning times: adults and all-ages classes at 10am and 12pm, respectively. PLEASE COME and then stay through the afternoon as we all clean the beautiful dojo for which we are so grateful. Dinner out will follow.

If you haven't had a chance yet, please visit Free Aiki Dojo and create a recurring donation for as much as you can afford. Every person in our community is important to us, and we must rely on you to continue training together.

Please remember: All Golden Bears Aikido classes are Free Aiki Dojo classes, and vice versa. We are a single training community. Brandon Sensei teaches all classes, unless otherwise noted, and also highly recommends (you are always welcome to train in) any class at Aikido of Berkeley. When you train in a class there taught by someone other than Brandon Sensei, please leave a $10-$15 donation in the wooden box on the cabinet near the front door.
