The first
Peace Practices design was for The Renaissance School in Oakland, one of the premier Montessori Schools in the Bay Area. Parents signed their children up for the summer of 2011 and the two weeks were a great success. As a result, the classes were extended to a weekly format year-round, offered again in the Summer, and training was provided for parents, faculty, and staff.
