Originally founded from Brandon Williamscraig's Beamish Process Arts Consultancy, we became the non-profit Beamish Process Arts and then renamed ourselves Association Building Community. We continue to offer partnership and support to others by either becoming a part of external projects, with the ABC community resources behind us, or by offering suggestions based on our own community building experience. We hope you will make contact and not only allow us to offer our support to you, but turn and support other worthy projects with us as colleagues.

 

Enterprise and Organizational Support

Over several years we were asked to return twice to an Oakland non-profit in transition. We provided on-site management and training, created their hiring process, and offered project management and organizational development consulting for all C-level officers.

 

Board Formation, Service, and Development

We served an international consortium of jewelers in transition to a non-profit and for-profit joint structure. We provided an online work area for their project management needs and facilitated their Board formation in consultation with business advisers and all C-level officers. We also serve on various boards.
