Mutual Support Projects

We have found that behavior that works often requires support to achieve. This often means:

  1. Identifying the desired pattern to yourself and other people (aloud).
  2. Offering/Requesting others' support.
  3. Creating a structure everybody understands and accepts which will track the behavioral change.

This page supports that process and has helped with the reduction of fast food intake and the completion of a dissertation

Please identify your desire, support needed, people involved, and shared expectations. Then return here to document e every change, immediately after it happens.
